Marc Márquez will receive a warm tribute tomorrow in Cervera, the birthplace of the CatalunyaCaixa Repsol team driver, on Friday, November 2, starting at 7:00 p.m., after completing a historic season and proclaiming himself Moto2 World Champion.
Marc will be received at Paeria de Cervera at 7:00 pm along with his brother Álex Márquez, Spanish Moto3 Champion, who will also be honored.
At 20:30 a rúa will start in the streets of Cervera, with the entities Fadunito, Bombollers, Alea Teatre, Sound of Secà, Diables de Cervera Carranquers and Geganters, which will end in the Pius XII square, where the end of the party will be celebrated. Public events are open to all the followers of the pilot who wish to attend.
The planned events calendar is as follows:
7:00 pm: Reception of the champions in the “Sala de Plens” of Paeria (City of Cervera, Plaza Major, 1). Later press conference.
8.30 pm: Concentration in the “Restaurante Bona Teca” (Avenida del Mil·lenari de Catalunya, 49) and exit from the street that will reach the Pius XII square.
Route: Mil·lenari avenue, Victòria street, Catalunya avenue, General Güell street, Santa Anna square, Lluís Sanpere boulevard and Pius XII square.
On the other hand, the Regional Museum of Cervera (Calle Major, 115) will open the exhibition space “93 Marc Márquez” throughout the day, from 10.30 to 21 hours, uninterrupted, to serve all those who wish to visit.
